Software development manager in legal technology, focused on full stack delivery, system design, and AI-enabled workflows.
As a first generation Latino, I learned early how to turn ambiguity into progress by helping my father run his small business. That experience shaped how I lead teams and use technology to solve real problems.
My 16-year path spans eDiscovery, project management, database administration, and software engineering. Today I lead a seven-person engineering team at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, and that range gives me a systems level view of delivery, tradeoffs, and reliability.
I focus on automations and thoughtful system design that improve daily workflows and free up time for higher value work.

- Lead five to six concurrent application initiatives and a six-figure vendor budget, from stakeholder discovery through production support.
- Manage and mentor a seven-person team: an internal engineer and a six-person external development team covering PM, BA, QA, DevOps, front-end, back-end, and AI/ML.
- Cut attorney recruiting platform load times from three to four minutes to under 30 seconds (80%+ faster).
- Redesigned data intake and staging from five or six service tickets per request to two (60–67% fewer), with automated validation that cut hours of checking to seconds.
- Led a review-management extension that was a RelativityFest 2026 Innovation Awards finalist.
- Introduced prototype-first planning and a regular reporting rhythm with directors and senior leadership.
